by Noah Many decades ago, I made a comment on a college radio show that people in Congress should be made to wear the logos of the companies that stuff their pockets with cash. It was the Nixon era, and, yeah, I included him. Wouldn't you know it but some typical "Nixon's The One" frat boy dipshit immediately called into the station to object and make threats to "all you hippies over there." I told him to come on over and I'd put him on the air. He never showed up of course. Kinda sad because I thought it might make some nice theatre to literally beat him up on live radio, hand him an ungrounded microphone or something like that. Even then, I had a rich fantasy life. Anyway, I wasn't worried since three members of our Top 20 basketball team, pals of one of my roommates, were being interviewed in the next room. Alas, in the intervening years, my little idea has never taken hold but I still think it's very valid. In fact, along the way, I have learned that others have had the same thoughts. Sadly, we now also know, through the revelations about Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and his fellow Nazi-loving sleazebags Clarence Treason Thomas and Sammy "Let's Burn Some Witches" Alito, that the idea of Washington's "best" wearing the logos of their owners should definitely include the Federal bench. I have no doubt that we will soon be hearing just how bought, sold, and corrupt all sorts of judges, from the top down to the bottom of our legal system are. Just wait 'till America learns that Brett Kavanaugh's vote can be had for as little as a daily case of his favorite bear. God, I hope it's Bud Light. By the way, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) recently threw down some wordage to the effect that Chief Justice Roberts should implement an ethics code. Hey, Dickie boy, let us know how that one goes. Have you tried shaking your fist at him for the cameras? Fuck off- All of you.
