I guess $enate Republicans took a look at their Repug counterparts in the House going on vacation rather than vote to release The Epstein Files and decided that they also better do something for Dear Leader Trump. I can easily see Majority Leader Thune and his top sociopaths sitting around and asking each other:

What more can we do to hurt Americans and destroy the country in the service of our Great Orange Lord and Master? Taking away their healthcare, increasing the odds that they will get and die of cancer, starving them, removing as many of their educational opportunities as we possibly can, and adding 3 or 4 trillion dollars to the deficit just isn't enough. I know! How 'bout we give this Emil Bove guy a seat on the Court of Appeals and groom him up for a seat on the Supreme Court!!! If he turns out to be a pedo, even better!!!

Yeah, these guys are filth. It's mob boss cronyism. Once again we have incontrovertible proof that the absurd idea of there being Republican politicians who secretly don't like Vlad Putin's puppet is a lie. The proof is always in their actions. It's a lie they continually tell their colleagues across the aisle not just to fool such naive fools, they often tell it thinking they can garner a thin veil of undeserved respect. And when your target is a moron, they give it to you.

1. Nearly 1,000 former Department of Justice lawyers said he was unfit.

2. Bove reportedly suggested the Justice Department tell the courts "f--- you" and defy the law.

3. He fired prosecutors who worked on January 6 cases.

4. Bove dropped corruption charges against NYC Mayor Eric Adams.

Any single one of the four points in the meme should have given those who voted for Emil Bove a very serious reason not to confirm him but those who voted for him saw them all as terrific selling points. Truly it is a heightened Bizarro World inside the Washington Beltway. The one point, however, that speaks the loudest to me is number 3, the one that shows what side of Trump's attempted violent coup Bove was on. As if they weren't before, with their endorsements, these Senators who voted to confirm Bove are all fellow traitors to the United States Of America, every one of them. Now watch to see the increase in rubles, cny, and dollars flowing into their bank accounts, whether they're laundered through the Deutsche Bank and other top banking and financial operations of the world or not.
