If confirmed, Jackson would be the only active Supreme Court justice to have attended an Ivy League law school, clerked for a Supreme Court justice, served as a public defender, served on the sentencing commission, served as a U.S. District Court judge, and served as a U.S. Court of Appeals judge.

Ah, but to the tiny bigoted minds of the $enate Nazi element those qualifications mentioned above just don't count. Instead, judging from their nasty 4 day hissy fit, their view of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson apparently goes something like this:
But, but Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is guilty! Guilty I tell ya! Guilty of judging while black, and she's, she's a, a, a, black woman!!!!!!! Our Dear Leader hates those even more than we do!!!!!! I mean just look at her!!!!!!!!!
That, right there is the summation of the Republican Party's number one argument against Judge KBJ's confirmation. They could not have made it more obvious. We didn't even need an inadvertent hot mic moment. The hearings on her nomination amounted to a week of culture war crimes. I'm surprised they even took off their hoods.
And, damn! Can somebody please buy Tennessee's Marsha Blackburn a hairbrush and show her how to use it? Lindsey Graham perhaps?
