Imagine what fruitful lives Republicans could lead if they weren't always obsessed with what's in everybody's pants and what they're doing with it. Case in point, South Carolina Congressperson Nancy Mace recently came upon this sign on a bathroom door in Austin Texas and, after a few seconds of being all a quiver about it, saw it as a golden photo opportunity. The picture was snapped and she sent it off to the universe with the following comment:

Spotted in Austin: All gender restroom. On a recent trip to Texas. Um. No. There are only two. Hold the line. Biology isn't bigotry.

Right. As Nancy Mace says, biology isn't bigotry. She just uses biology for purposes of bigotry. She's a headcase about a lot of things. For quite a while now, she has shown us that her mind is loosely tethered to anything at all, let alone reality. Picture a balloon that you blow up all the way and then, rather than tie it off, you just let go of it just to watch it chaotically dart around the room at high speed, making farting noises all the way. That's Nancy Mace. Imagine if you're Ms. Mace and you have to go all the way to Texas before an "All Gender Restroom" sign catches you by surprise. I guess she doesn't get out that much. That said, South Carolina is one of the few states I've never been to so, judging from what I've seen of the majority of people they elect to office, I have to sometimes wonder if South Carolina even has bathrooms at all, other than outhouses in the back yard or a hole in the floor in a corner of the the kitchen.

Nancy Mace loves her some Trump and, lately, she's made it her mission to harass Delaware's Rep. Sarah McBride, the first openly transgender congressperson. She's not the only Republican who does this, of course, but she's certainly taken the lead, including complaining about Rep. McBride's use of House restrooms. Sigh, some mean girl types just never evolve past the 7th grade. Yeah, I know, expecting any intellectual or emotional development past age 14 from any Republican may be pushing it but, I found the social media comments in reaction to the idiocy of Mace's photo to be spot on. Here's a small selection of them. Some are delightfully catty. All exhibit more smarts and common sense than any Republican can understand.

  • She thinks more about what's in my pants than I do.

  • I take it that her false eyelashes are some kind of gender affirming care.

  • If you compare photos of her over the years, it looks like there's been some, ahem, gender affirming augmentation.

  • She's had some forehead filler work. Pretty smooth for a woman her age. I know that first hand.

  • I don't know how she gets any work done if she's always hanging out in bathrooms.

  • Stalker!

  • Even considering her own failed and twisted logic, the sign she's objecting to is still accurate.

  • I wonder how many transgender people she's interacted with without knowing they are trans. What would she say to hurt them if she knew?

  • As an American, we should not pick and choose which of us deserves rights. End of conversation for me.

  • Who's that guy with the fake eyelashes?

  • If a transgender person comes into a bathroom I'm in, I couldn't care less.

  • Nancy Mace is very sick in thought and deed.

  • Oh no! I have three gender neutral bathrooms in my house! Is she coming for me next?

  • Has she never flown in an airplane?

  • Why do Republicans have to make biology so creepy?

I'll just add that I really have to wonder what's scaring Nancy Mace so much when she looks in her bathroom mirror.
