Trump Gave His Nazi Donor Musk A Position, Why Not His Pedo Party Pal?

by Noah
All presidents love to surround themselves with people they feel comfortable with, like-minded people who see the world the same way they do, people who have taken similar journeys through life. So, it's natural to wonder which chair in the White House cabinet meeting room would have Jeffrey Epstein sitting in it if he was still alive. Attorney General? Well it's worth noting that Trump initially wanted accused predator Matt Gaetz there. When that didn't work out, Trump went with second choice Pam Bondi who acted in favor of Epstein while she was the AG in Hellhole Florida. Health & Human Services? Well, he does have the abominable RFK, Jr. so there's that. Marco Rubio's slot as Secretary of State? Best not to look too deep there, plus, starving children to death appears to be more of the number one thing with him. Epstein did have a ton of international banking and financial background, so maybe the Department of the Treasury or Commerce was meant for him? He could have buried a lot of bad transactions and money laundering stuff but that may have literally already gone up in flames during Trump's first term. Department of the Interior. That's Kristi "Dress Up" Noem's position and that reminds me: Back in Trump's first term thousands of children were torn from the arms of their parents as they sought asylum at our border with Mexico. To this day, 1000 of them can not be accounted for and the bereft parents have never seen them again. If that isn't typical deliberate republican sadism, I don't know what is! Who has those 1000 children? Where did they go? What did the first Trump administration do with them? Given the predilections of the people Trump surrounds himself with, does it make you feel suspicious? Make you suspicious at all? Â
The headline I chose for today is more than fair. It's a reflection of one of the very worst aspects of the America Trump is bringing us, an America where the sexual abuse and sex trafficking of children is almost consciously being normalized. That is being done by how cavalierly the topic is being treated. You can see that in the fact that House Speaker Mike Johnson closed down the House for the summer rather than deal with the Epstein issue. The Senate did virtually the same thing. You can also see the Republican Party's "It's not a big deal" attitude in the FOX Newses and Newsmaxes of the world. Rather than express outrage over pedos, they follow the party lead and distract with crackpot tales of Obama, Biden, Hillary, and Jack Smith allegedly colluding with Russia to sink Trump and evil nonsense about how vaccines are bad for you.
I look at the pictures in tonight's meme and I see a continuation of the Republican Party campaign to normalize sexual abuse in all its forms but that is nothing new, even when including pedophilia. We all may have only first become aware of this general attitude when Republican politicians like Clayton Williams (Texas 1990 gubernatorial candidate) started saying things like "If it's inevitable, just relax and enjoy it" and Rep. Todd Akin (R. MO.) telling us, as he ran for the Senate in 2012, that pregnancies due to a rape don't happen because "If it's a legitimate rape the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down," or things like, Trump's even more recent "Grab 'em by the pussy" and "When you're star, they let you do it." That, of course, led us to the sick circus of the GOP circling its wagons around Brett Kavanaugh, which brought back painful memories of the time when both parties did such things and got Clarence Thomas on the Court, after George H.W. Bush's cynical nomination of the man. Guess what, today's republican voters still have no problem with this crap at all and they have continued to prove it with every election cycle right up to last November. And, they'll do it again faster than you can say Gym Shower Jordan, Judge Roy Moore, or Matt Gaetz. I've written about the Republican "Rape Caucus" for years. It's who they are and they want you to know it. Oh, and leave it to a republican to coin the term "Legitimate Rape." As opposed to...?
What Trump is doing when he makes his horrific appointments or publicly displays his pedo brothers and sisters for the cameras is the way his White House is pushing their habits right in our faces. Personally, I would never want to even set foot in the Trump White House* but the idea of someone walking a child into the place or taking one of those White House tours is now way beyond the pale. If I had an underage daughter I wouldn't want whoever the current Ghislaine Maxwell in Trump's life is coming up to her or scouting the kids on the tour.
So, here we are. We see the kind of people Trump surrounds himself with and we see the kind of people who support him and, since he has just had Jared Wise, a J6 nutcase who openly urged his fellow traitors to kill the police who were attempting to protect the Capitol and save what was left of democracy at the time, I don't see it as any leap at all to think that, were he still alive, Trump would have created a brand spanking new cabinet level position for his best pal Epstein and that that position would be.... Director Of Childhood Security.
*It's beyond appalling (On so many levels) when sports teams, teams whose members serve as role models for American children, win a championship, go to the White House, shake Trump's hand and act like nothing is wrong with the man.Â
