Adam Schiff might be a little conservative for CA-28, the district he and I live in. When first elected he joined the Blue Dog caucus, then left that and became a New Dem... but in the last few years he's been one of the more progressive-leaning New Dems. I heard him on the radio a few weeks ago-- I don't remember the topic-- but I e-mailed him and suggested he dump the New Dems and join the Progressive Caucus already. He ignored me.
