What did Trump give Musk for Christmas? A whole damn country of course, just like his voters wanted, another sterling example of that GOP "Promises Made-Promises Kept" bullcrap. "Country First?" Which country? "Mission Accomplished," too! Putin's mission to be exact. Why else do you think Musk and Putin were having so many conversations during the campaign season? Musk money-Putin strategery (as Dubya would say). We'd already heard about Trump calling his Moscow handler all the time but knowledge of the Musk-Putin phone calls came more recently. And, yes, context does matter. Imagine if this was 1953. The whole country would be up in arms, screaming their heads off. Now? Ho-hum. If the malls are open and there's still just enough cash in their pockets for some heart-stopping carcinogenic "food," the public ain't gonna bitch. If you tell them to dutifully whine about the price of eggs or the price of gas, they will do so on cue. A ready supply of mindless robots.
So here we are. Tonight's picture may be a little photoshopped or it may be just a totally accurate unaltered photo of Trump's Bedminster office. Doesn't matter. The truth is reflected either way. Traitor Don's had his homes made over to look as much like the Oval Office and the White House, you know. Is that because he really thinks he's been our president non-stop since January 2017? Or, does his family just tell him that to keep him from wandering off. I bet Eric and Don, Jr. have little 1/4-sized facsimile Oval Offices of their very own with little versions of the "resolute desk" that's in the real Oval Office. Do father and sons even know who's the boss? If they do and they want Musk to go will he become the thing that wouldn't leave? When you're whacked out on stupidity and/or drugs, what's the dif?
In any event, here we are. Musk uses X like any modern day Goebbels would so he's at The Big Desk as president and Trump The Waiter answers the bell when called, serving up the country on a platter for Christmas.
