What a system! Repugs pass the 2017 Trump/Ryan Tax Scam. Billionaires get richer while the deficit exponentially expands. Neither party addresses the ridiculous situation because they don't want to offend the donor/kickback class. Then they say the solution is to cut programs that help make the lives of "ordinary Americans" better.
