As the Saudis have been at least pretending to think about normalizing relations with Israel (and they being Sunni), it's possible that they indirectly catalyzed the Hamas/Iranian/Shia terrorism. I sorta doubt that kushner had dick to do with that. If it ain't makin him money, he ain't interested.
