As demonstrated by their ongoing attempts at a coup against the United States of America, the aptly nicknamed Rudy Ghouliani and Donnie Death Machine are partners in subversion, sedition and even outright treason. In a better, more intelligent world, Rudy and Donnie would both be locked away in a nuthouse or tried and sentenced to a rat-infested dungeon for the rest of their lives despite their status and prominence. And, we could watch them on the internet via a 24 hour Dungeon Cam. But, people being generally as stupid as they are, they think that both traitors to the Constitution, having been such men of status and prominence means that they should get a free pass; a free pass to inflict never-ending harm upon the rest of us.
In their dangerously fractured mental states, Rudy and Donnie should never, ever, be entitled to the right to walk around loose, spouting off their Russian approved insanity on social media and national TV all day every day. Both men have always been con men. Both men have always been freakshows. Now they have been allowed to metastasize into a con man freakshow team aided and abetted by media hacks and the Republican Party all the way up to RNC Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel and Moscow Mitch McConnell.
We've all seen Rudy, Trump's #1 lawyer in action but he is far from alone in being a candidate for disbarment and incarceration. Here's Trump's #2 lawyer Sidney Powell on Thursday as she stood at a makeshift podium right next to Freakshow Rudy, doing her "Be Best" Baghdad Bob impersonation, issuing an insane statement approved by the aforementioned Chairwoman McDaniel who also tweeted it out on RNC social media accounts in order to show the Republican Party's complete support for this attempt at a coup.
We are going to take this country back. We will not be intimidated. We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it. And we are going to reclaim the United States Of America for the people who vote for freedom.
Republican voters, of course, take statements like this completely at face value. You can't use critical thinking if you don't have the ability. It's not wanted anyway. It gets in the way of reason. A scumbag named Karl Rove once said "When we act, we create our own reality." Or, as Kellyanne Conway says, "alternative facts."
There is no way President Elect Biden should, despite what he says, let these plotters off the hook. If he does, then he is complicit and might as well be an honorary member of the Trump Crime Family and it's Republican Party infrastructure. He will also fracture his own party to such an extent that it will make 1968 look like a picnic. These men and women are all traitors. What they are doing is worse than the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. They are no better than those fellow crazies who hijacked the planes on 9/11. Trump has even been responsible for more deaths, many, many more. If these people are not properly dealt with, and dealt with to the maximum standard of the laws we claim to have, there will be more people like Trump inspired to act just like him in the future. What Trump, Giuliani et. al. are doing with their conspiracy mongering and their attacks on our democracy (or what's left of it) amounts to treason and heresy. Thomas Cromwell lost his head. The Brits were smarter; even the Brits! Damn, it hurts to say that.
