Hopefully, "heard no more." Let him, in the delirium of his madness, endlessly harangue his imaginary dungeon mates with tales of how he won reelection ("by a lot") and ended the plague he spread. Let him scream that the votes of African-Americans are illegal. Let him scream "No collusion! No collusion!" Let him tell it to the rats that scurry at his feet. Well, that's how I would handle it.
