I Bet The Crumbleys Want Their Case Tried In Kenosha

A Crumbley MAGA Family Portrait

Yesterday about 100 schools closed down across Michigan because of copy-cat threats after the NRA high school murders; some schools, particularly in the Detroit area, will probably be closed again Monday. The murderer, 15 year old Ethan Crumbley, from a MAGA home, has been charged as an adult for murder, attempted murder and terrorism after shooting 4 students to death and wounding 6 other students and a teacher. Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald filed involuntary manslaughter charges against the MAGA parents-- James and Jennifer-- who fled and were tracked down and caught just after midnight. They're in prison on a million dollar bond. The NRCC hasn't announced that they have been drafted as Republican candidates yet.

Jennifer's open letter to Trump has already been disappeared from her blog but fortunately Alternet captured it before it was taken down. The open letter was posted on Nov. 11, 2016 after Trump beat Hillary. "As a female and a Realtor, thank you for allowing my right to bear arms. Allowing me to be protected if I show a home to someone with bad intentions. Thank you for respecting that Amendment," she wrote. "You see Mr. Trump I can go on and on, in fact I used to think Democrat. I don’t believe in God and Im quite opposite of your typical ‘republican.’ But now I am 38 years old. I have a family. My husband and I both work full time jobs. I have watched our insurance premiums double. I cannot afford to buy into this Obamacare. For my family its over $600 a month with deductibles. We bust our ass Mr. Trump. I pay taxes, my husband pays his child support, I donate to charities.. We are good fucking Americans that cannot get ahead. And what makes me sick, is people that come over here from other countries and get free everything... a hard working Middle Class Law Abiding Citizen who is sick of getting fucked in the ass... I have NEVER had this much belief in one person, and you are it."

The 15 year old shot up his school with a 9mm Sig Sauer semi-automatic handgun his parents gave him as a Christmas present. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said that administrators at the high school flagged the teenager for "behavior in the classroom they felt was concerning." His parents refused to take him home and he later pulled a gun out of his backpack and started shooting.

Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald alleges that the attack was premeditated. McDonald told reporters, “There is a mountain of digital evidence-- videotape, social media, all digital evidence possible-- and it absolutely, we are confident that we can show it was premeditation." The Crumbleys were arraigned this morning and pled not guilty. After they fled and were subsequently captured hiding in a commercial building, their attorneys argued that neither was a flight risk or a danger to the community. Each will have to post $500,000 if they want to get out of county jail before the trial-- so a million in total, appropriate for obvious flight risks.

The school also notified the parents when Ethan searched for ammunition on his phone during class and drew a handgun and a bloody victim on a piece of paper, accompanied by the words "blood everywhere."
During the arraignment, lead prosecutor Karen McDonald said there was "hundreds and hundreds of hours of digital evidence" to submit to the court.
"This is a very serious, horrible, terrible murder and shooting and it has affected the entire community," McDonald said. "And these two individuals could have stopped it. They had every reason [to believe] that he was dangerous and they gave him a [gun] and they didn't secure it and they allowed him free access to it."
